Tim, I would just like to thank you for preparing a tasting for my parents. My mom couldn't wait to phone me and brag you up. Everything was "beyond excellent", my parents are looking forward to the wedding meal. My dad even made a comment that the ceremony better be short because he wants to eat. LOL.
