Horrible service, burnt over-cooked appies, including the well known (and used to be loved) criss cross fries, our wait for drinks alone was over 15mins, NO explanation, NO apology, and lastly RUDE comments from the MANAGER while trying to explain our HORRIBLE experience, I advise everyone to think twice before visiting this so called pub.. Packinghouse Pub, is the place to be in Rutland, Kelowna - obviously. ..More Reviews
