Valoroso Foods

I purchased a bucket of grape juice for making wine from Valoroso and when I had trouble with it I found the manager was not willing to back his product. I put in 9 months of time, effort and money attempting to save the wine but it is still undrinkable. I followed his instruction and also sought the advise of others skilled in making wine and still the wine was not successful.I approached the store for a credit towards another bucket and the owner would not listen to what I was saying and prefered to blame me for the failure of the wine. I have purchased numerous buckets of juice from Valorosa Foods with success. We have referred other friends to the store. I am very disapointed. I will not go back. Rather than offering a new bucket of juice worth $50 he has chosen to lose a customer...?
