Recent Pizzaway customer and I love this place! It tastes fresh and I love the dips they make in their store. They have thin crust artisan pizza at reasonable prices. I'm a customer for life.

The pizza has improved greatly over the past couple years. Fun environment..Also not swimming in grease. You can really taste the freshness. I don't see why so many people hate on pizzaway. I think it goes for any business if you give them a bad attitude they're going to give it right back, least that has been my exsperience with the public. I will always be a loyal customer to Pizzaway.

My family and I decided to order from Pizzaway one night. We requested delivery, and the employee over the phone said that it would take around 45 minutes. Okay, fine. The problem is that we waited nearly an hour and a half for our pizzas to arrive. Fed up, we called and demanded to know what was taking so long. Turns out that the moron placed us down for PICK UP, even though we made it very clear that we wanted DELIVERY. Total incompetence. A waste of time. Do not bother with this place, they don't care about customers.

I walked in to make a pick up order and i was the only one at the counter i had to wait for the guy on the oven to come help me even though there was an older man who looked like the owner or manager sitting close by watching and waiting for the other guy to help me. If you ask me thats horrible ownership if u won't even get up to help your own employees when they need the help.

Pizzaway has an excellent spicy veggie pizza !! And all there other pizza is very good to if you order I recommend the barbecue chicken or spicy vege

Pizza has improved by leaps and bounds. Really good pizza for the price. Favourably impressed and will be back! Love the honey BBQ chicken swirl.

If you are Kraft dinner enthusiast, Pizza Way is not for you.
This is the best pizza in town for Italian style pizza lovers.

They're not the greatest pizza place, or at the best price. Nonetheless, they're cheaper then dominoes, the only other place that is willing to deliver to me at 2-3 in the morning.
Dont get me wrong, their quality isnt bad, just not great. Good for those middle of the night munchies after a few hours of drinking and clubbing

I don't expect any kind of good customer service when people are paid minimum wage, I just expect them to give me what I want to buy, they did. Typical cheap pizza place, decent

The pizza is great but the customer service is absoloutely horrible... (I guess they have to deal with a lot of drunk people at night)... But still, they should try not to be so rude.....

I stopped by the store on gordon for my first time, and had a couple pieces of pizza by the slice. It was the worst Pizza I have ever had from a pizza joint. It was lacking flavour, the dough was not good at all, and the toppings were somewhat lame. I would not recommend Pizzaway to anyone, the pizza is much less than acceptable.

Just called to get a pizza for delivery round 2am. Said no delivery until 10 in the morning, great for a 24hr place. (

After 2 long days of skiing, we got settled in our hotel and looked up the nearest pizza joint. Pizza way was right across the street, and within 15 minutes we had 2 pizzas. Toppings were good and plentiful, but not so much they fell off the pizza. I rate it pretty damn good and would eat there again.

Okay toppings, used to be alot worse. Dont order chicken on your pizza its this weird ground shiat. Delivery is prompt, okay customer service.

We were regulars at pizzaway however lately the service sucks - when we have called in the last few times - we have been treated very poorly - used to be 12.00 for a large unlimited and the service was great - now its 17.00 and the what service.

The straw that broke the camels back came on the 1st of Jan we called in for delivery at 1100 am - morning after new years - to be told they had a busy night and were not going to be doing delieveries till 2 or 3 in the afternoon - nice from a 24 hr pizza place - she was nasty on the phone - we are never going back

i was a custamer at pizza way for a wile! enjoying their pizza by the hole pie or by slice on occasion . really liking it .
one night me and my BF decided to go get a pizza as we did on several occasions late at night as it is a 24 hour establishment
we walked in . there were 4 staff members. one cooking one walkin around doin somethin in the back.. one standing right at the till and another sittin at a stool .
we stood there 4 several mins wile one staff member ( the one doin the cooking ) took care of another custamer. she was rather out of it . so we waited. askin the man standing doin nothin how long it woudl b for a pizza . he said about 20 min .
so we siad ok that works... he then just stood there. watchin the other custamer and smiling ...
we stood there till she was gone.. thinking maybe it was just that they didnt want to take care of us till they were done with her 4 some reson .
so we waited .. she left the store. and we still stood there. at the counter across from the cashregister. just waitig . finaly i said...

PIZZA WAY IS THE BEST. I WAS NOT A PIZZA LOVER AT ALL. PIZZA WAY USES THE BEST FRESHEST INGREDIENTS.....I'M NOW AT PIZZA LOVER!

We called to determine if Pizzaway would deliver to Casa Loma Lakeshore Resort (close to the bridge on the Westside), as our guests and office staff often order pizza in the Summer season. The person we spoke with was very uninformed and not courteous on the phone. She did not know until she checked whether or not your business delivered to the Westside, as some others do. We think a little more information and training in customer service should be given to your employees, as they are the first contact the public has with your business. We would have liked an opportunity to try your pizza.

The Pizza is awesome and the toppings are good quality. Being open 24/7 is brilliant for those of us who shift work and the price is excellent value for money. Try them you'll definately go back!!!!

Awesome pizza and they just opened a new location at 10124 109 st Edmonton Alberta!!! Same great pizza and price!

Pizza is awesome and price is great too, would reccommend to everybody to give it a try. What I liked is unlimited toppings for free and they are open 24/7.
