Montana's Cookhouse

Hi we are regular customers of the Kelowna Montana Cookhouse as we are from Calgary, but make a point of eating at the Kelowna Montana's and have been for the past 5 years. We were there on Saturday August 13th, 2011 our server was Sean(Shawn) sp?. He was fantastic, very polite, and so accomodating, we have three boys

On October 30th we took our daughter out for her birthday dinner. What a disappointment. We sat in our booth with empty drink glasses, dirty dishes on the table for a long time. We ended up leaving without dessert and the dishes still on the table.The waitress was busy with a table of 40 on the other side of the restaurant, but that is no excuse.My daughter just wanted her picture with the big horns. Nothing.. When we left and went to pay the bill, we waited for our server to find the bill. We paid it (without a tip) and she took the bill and rolled it up and threw it in the garbage. Hi Montana's Cookhouse.

I am dropping a line to let you know what a great time we had at your restaurant on July 31, 2010! I have life threatening allergies. I was so happy and impressed to see that your menu has an accompanying list of ingredients. This is so important to many people with dietary restrictions. I was put at ease when I saw the wide variety of choices I could order.

Our server was Jeremy. He was fantastic! He served us with a smile on his face was patient and very personable. He explained the menu and the accompanying allergy alert list. He double checked our order and made sure that it was perfect. We had so much fun that night. We love Montanas cookhouse and are looking forward to going there again!

Thanks a million Jeremy for ensuring that we had a great time and an excellent meal! I am giving you a 5 star rating for service, and we will continue to tell our friends about our wonderful experience at Montanas Cookhouse.

Excellent Service and good food.

I have tried most of their Menu and find this restuant to be above average in Server attention and Food Quality
