They really seem to be trying to turn this restaurant around Everytime I go in there lately the attitude is great and the product fresh and ready. Hardly any wait time.

very very bad service and very impolaite and indecent stuff..they should change their stuff so that people come again and again otherwise no one will go their another time once they see the staffs behavior towards them...

If this store would pay the young employees on time, they might get some decent staff. They have a reputation of using these kids, under the threat of firing them if they complain, when they don't get paid. Where the hell is the union rep????? Time to stick up for the kids. I intend on going to the TOP

Every time I think I will try eating their food again, I am disappointed. Cold rubbery fries, bad service, no ice in their pop machine...save yourself a trip and go to Dairy Queen next door. Yuck.

The KFC in Mission Kelowna is terrible. not clean,,bad service,,not enough help..its hard work and if they paid properly they'd get better help and be more successful in that peticualr store.
