Good perogies, but rude staff. I called and said are you open today? and a very angry man barked at me saying NO we're closed! I'm taking the day off! Is that alright with you?! then hung up. If that was a joke I didn't find it very funny. I will never eat there again.
Cecils is one of the best places on earth the perogies melt in your mouth!
My favorite place to go for lunch. It's a good price for what you get it's quick and you never leave hungry!
